Summary The goal of this study is to identify gene expression changes upon SON overexpression in WT and Mettl3 cKO LSK (Lin-cKit+Sca1+) cells
 
Overall design Purified mouse Lin-cKit+Sca1+ cells from WT and Mettl3 cKO mice were transduced with SON overexpressing or empty vector control (lentiGFP). 48hr post infection, GFP+ cells were sorted. 3 replicates were performed.
