Overall design |
Purified mouse Lin-cKit+Sca1+ cells from WT and Mettl3 cKO mice were transduced with SON overexpressing or empty vector control (lentiGFP). 48hr post infection, GFP+ cells were sorted. 3 replicates were performed.
