Overall design |
To investigate the potential mechanisms in the regulation of directional differentiation, gene expression profiling analysis uses data obtained from RNA Quant-seq of NSPCs at two points. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA Quant-seq data for rat NSPCs cultured on the bare PUCL and PUCL@CNT1 platforms under before and after differentiation conditions.
