| Overall design |
For each subject, biopsies were taken before perfusion (time=1), 2h after perfusion (time=2), and a week after perfusion (time=3). 7 subjects received Akkermansia perfusion (group=”Akk”), 3 subjects received placebo perfusion (group=”Plac”)
