Title Early adipogenesis is regulated through the newly identified FHL2-NFAT5 signaling complex
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the effect of FHL2 overexpression in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation, we established a stable cell line overexpressing FHL2-GFP and CTRL-GFP by lentiviral transduction.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 3T3-L1 cells overexpressing either FHL2-GFP or CTRL-GFP at day 0 and day 2 of adipocyte differentiation.
