Title |
Differential requirements for the BAF and ncBAF subfamilies of the mammalian SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling enzymes during skeletal muscle differentiation. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Subunit proteins BAF250a and Brd9 are specific to mammalian SWI/SNF subfamilies BAF and ncBAF respectively. We have performed RNA-seq analysis for C2C12 myoblasts stably knocked down for each subunits using specific shRNA constructs. C2C12 cells stably transfected with non-targeting scrambled shRNA construct were used as controls.

Overall design |
RNA-seq data was generated from differentiated C2C12 cells. Samples from stably transfected cells were harvested at 48h post induction of differentiation (DM 48h). RNA from biological duplicates (for each treatment and timepoint) was extracted. Library preparation, sequencing and downstream analysis was performed by BGI Americas.
