Title |
These data describe bulk RNAsequencing in wild-type cerbreal organoids sampled across a time series |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Organoid transcriptomes were mapped onto brain development trajectories using bulk RNA sequencing (RNAseq) at seven successive developmental times from day-17 (2 weeks) today-158 (11 weeks)
|
|
|
Overall design |
Bulk RNA sequencing was performed in wild-type cerebral organoids grown in vitro or 17-158 days. Three biological replicates were employes at ea ch timepoint, and randomization was performed in advance of library preparations.
