Overall design |
RNA-seq was performed using tumor biopsies from kras and kras;NSD2 mice and compared to wild type lungs. In a separate study, RNA-seq and cut and run was performed in cell lines derived from the tumor biopsies of kras;NSD2 mice (KN cells±sgNSD2).
