Title |
Transcriptomic analysis of lung cancers arising following deletion of Tp53, Rb1 and overexpression of MYC in distinct adult mouse lung eptithelial cell lineages |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Profile of the transcriptomics of tumours arising in the mouse lung following deletion of Rb1, Trp53 and overexpression of MYC from neuroendocrine cells, club cells, AT2 cells or throughout the lung epithelium.

Overall design |
Cell lines were generated from primary tumour masses. RNA was extracted from early passage cell lines. 1ug of RNA was used to generate sequencing libraries and sequencing runs performed in paired end mode obtaining 150 base pair reads at a depth of at least 20 million reads. QC was checked with FastQC and FastQ files aligned to mouse genome assembly GRC38 using Hisat2 and TPM quantified using stringtie/prepDE.
