|
Summary |
Single cell transcriptomic profiling (sc RNA-seq) of the most primitive Human Hematopoietic Stem Cell Population described: CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD49f+EPCR+ (hereafter EPCR+).

Overall design |
Purpose: to search for potential heterogeneity within EPCR+ HSCs at the single cell level. Methods: single cells (from human cord-blood CD34+ cells) were flow-sorted fisrt then loaded into C1 Fludigm chips: 3 independent sorts; 4chips in total were used. Multiplexed Nextera XT was used to generate libraries. Each single cell was barcoded. Conclusions: this study supports that this population is highly homogeneous at the transcriptional level.
