Title |
Transcriptomic characterization of locally relapsed brain metastases after neurosurgery |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Intracranial implantation of H2030-BrM cells in nude mice was performed to obtain established brain metastases. Survival neurosurgery was performed and resected tumors were processed to obtain RNA. Animals were followed for local relapse in the resection area and relapsed tumors were processed at endpoint to obtain RNA. RNA-seq was performed and data was analyzed by matched pairs (resected and relapsed tumors from the same animal).
