Summary Isolating Neutrophils from mouse blood, we employed bulk RNAseq and DE gene expression analysis to determine pathways that are regulated downstream of LTBR in neutrophils.
 
Overall design Blood neutrophils were isolated from adult control and LTBR-deficient mice and cultured in the presence or absence of inflammatory cytokines as indicated in methodology section.
