Overall design |
Optic nerves from hibernating and awake 13-lined squirrels were crushed, and total RNAs were extracted and sequenced 3 days after treated. Three replicates were included for hibernation group and awake group. Paired-end library following Illumina TruSeq stranded protocol was constructed, and subjected to RNA-Seq.
