Overall design The m6A profiles and mRNA prolifes in negative control (NC) HeLa cells and ALKBH5 KO HeLa cells stably re-expressing wild type ALKBH5 (WT) or its mutant K235R (K235R) were generated by m6A-sequencing (m6A-seq)(IP) and RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq)(Input) using Illumina Novaseq6000.
