Title |
Single-cell RNA-sequencing of γδ-T cells from peripheral blood and breast tumour microenvironment. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
γδ-T cells from PBMCs of healthy donors and immune cells in breast tumour microenvironment.

|
|
Overall design |
γδ-T cells were extracted from PBMCs of three healthy donors. Cells from donors HD4 and HD5 were pooled at a 1:1 ratio prior to loading onto 10X. CD45+ cells were extracted from fresh breast tumours of two patients and loaded onto 10X.
Please note that raw data for the 'BC' samples are not provided (more details requested).
