Title |
The transcriptional repressor Blimp-1/Prdm1 controls the maternal decidual response during pregnancy [ChIP-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To identify candidate Blimp1 target genes in maternal decidua we performed GFP antibody ChIP-seq analysis of E6.5 decidua from homozygous female EGFP-BLIMP1 mice that express an endogenous N-terminal EGFP-tagged Blimp1 protein (Mitani et al., 2017).

|
|
Overall design |
GFP-ChIP-seq profiles of triplicate homozygous EGFP-Blimp1 and WT decidual samples generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq4000.
