Summary |
To further characterize the downstream targets of uc.323, we performed global microarray analysis after knockdown of uc.323 in cardiomyocytes to gain broad insight into uc.323-mediated transcriptome changes.

Overall design |
Scrambled siRNA (si-scramble) (50 nmol/L) or si-uc.323 (50 nmol/L) in serum-free medium was added to each well, and the cells were incubated for 3 hours. After another 21 hours of serum starvation.Samples of cardiomyocytes was measured.Three independent experiments were performed for each experiment.
