Series GSE13913 Query DataSets for GSE13913
Status Public on Apr 01, 2010
Title WT and php mutants
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Transcriptional profiling for wild-type and php mutants
Expression of >22,600 genes was analyzed in aerial tissues from 14 day old soil grown wild type and php mutant plants using Affymetrix ATH1 GeneChip, and two independent biological replicates. Data from CEL files were adjusted for background and normalized using the Bioconductor GCRMA package (http://www.bioconductor.org).

Overall design Affymetrix ATH array with seedling samples from wild-type and php mutants
Aerial tissues from 14-day-old soil grown wild-type and php mutant plants were collected. Total RNAs were isolated and used for cDNA synthesis/biotin labeling following Affymetrix protocol. Affymetrix ATH1 GeneChip and two biologically independent replicates were used. Data from CEL files were adjusted for background and normalized using Bioconductor GCRMA package (transformed to Log2).
