Title Next genereration sequencing reveals that CNAs associated with cyclin E overexpression tranlate into changes in transcriptional output.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Transient cyclin E overexpression in human mammary epithelial cells leads to a distinct CNA signature. We carried out high throughput sequencing to determine if these CNAs translated into changes in transcription.

Overall design RNA from 12 clones that survived transient cyclin E overexpression was subjected to high throughput sequencing.
