Summary Purpose: The goal of this study is to identify Zmynd8-regulated genes.
 
Overall design Expression profiles of parental E14 mESCs, E14 mESCs expressing low exogenous levels of Zmynd8, and E14m ESCs expressing high exogenous leves of Zmynd8 levels were generated by RNA-Seq, in triplicates, using Illumina Nova 6000.
