Summary |
We performed the transcriptomic analysis of RNA-seq of BMDMs generated from WT and TKO mice and stimulated with 10 ng/ml LPS for 3 h to identify gene expression changes.

BMDMs from WT and TKO mice were stimulated with 10 ng/ml LPS for 3h and then were lysed. RNA was extracted, polyA enriched and prepared for sequencing libraries.
