Overall design We are submitting a) MNase ChIPseq profiles of H4K16ac from hand staged Drosophila embryos at various developmental stages derived from WT and MSL complex RNAi conditions, b) Pol II ChIP-seq of nc14/ st5 embryos upon control and maternal mof depletion, c) ATAC-seq of nc9-13/ st3-4 and nc14 / st5 embryo upon control and maternal depletion of mof or msl-3, and d) In situ Hi-C of st5 and st15 embryos upon control or mof maternal depletion.
