Title |
Identifying RNAs bound by Drosophila Zn72D |
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Zn72D is an RNA binding protein that alters A-to-I RNA editing and splicing in the fly brain. We performed RNA immunoprecipitation and sequencing (RIP-seq) to identify the RNAs that are bound by Zn72D.

Overall design |
We immunprecipitated Zn72D using an anti-GFP antibody in Zn72D-GFP(BDSC50830) fly heads. We extracted RNA from 5% of input lysates and after immunoprecipitation from three replicates total.
