Title |
RNA sequencing of wild-type Drosophila melanogaster brains in sated, fasted, or refed nutritional states |
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the application of RNA-sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of RNA abundance in Drosophila melanogaster brains. By obtaining RNA-sequencing reads, we generated quantitative transcriptome-wide measures in three nutritional states: sated, fasted, refed.
