Overall design |
HCT116 cells were synchronised at the G1/S boundary and released either in normal media or in media supplemented with 0.4microM aphidicolin to induce replication stress. Cells were harvested at 4, 8 and 10h post release, corresponding to early S, late S and G2/M. Cells were fixed and ChIP for SMC2 was performed
