Baseline gene expression for two primary and two recurrent tumor cell lines derived from MTB;TAN transgenic mice. Microarrays were performed in biological duplicate to determine differential gene expression between primary and recurrent tumor cell cohorts.

8 total samples total comprised of two parental primary and two parental recurrent tumor cell lines, each in biological duplicate. Samples were analyzed in R by simplaffy and limma packages for differential gene expression analysis between primary and recurrent cohorts.
