Title |
Targeting of the YAP/SMAD molecular circuit inhibits a TGFb1-induced myofibroblast phenotype |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to elucidate the genomic occupancy of YAP in repsonse to transforming growth factor beta (TGFb) 1 in primary human dermal fibroblasts, through ChIP sequencing.

|
Overall design |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling of YAP in response to TGFb1, by high throughput sequencing. Two independent replicates of both unstimulated and TGFb1 stimulated cells were analyzed.
