Title |
Mapping open chromatin in mouse nephron progenitor cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To delineate the epigenomic profile of the Six2+ mouse nephron progenitor cells, we mapped open chromatin using ATAC-Seq in Six2+ cells from E16.5 mouse kidneys.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Using Six2TGC/+ transgenic mice, we isolated Six2+ cells by FACS enriching for GFP+ cells from dissociated kidney cortex, then use 50,000 cells for each ATAC-Seq reaction following Buenrostro et al, 2013.
