Title |
MicroRNA-7-5p mediates the anti-oncogenic effect of hepatocyte growth factor in the MCF-10A mammary epithelial cell |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Genome wide expression profiling of breast normal cell line MCF-10A. The Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip was used to obtain expression profiles. This profiling indicates that MicroRNA-7 mediates the activity of HGF to suppress oncogenic proteins, which inhibits cancer progress.
