Title |
Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Health donors and SLE patients' PBMC Transcriptomes |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare SLE patients to Health donors PBMCs-derived transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to microarray and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT–PCR) methods and to discovery the potential pathway which can be used as a therapeutic target.
