    In conclusion, our data supports the hypothesis that isoniazid can induce liver injury via the down-regulation of hepatic efflux transporters BSEP and MRP2, and the SIRT1/FXR pathway may be the primary regulator with regard to the expression of transporters and the biosynthesis of bile acids in the liver.
