Used to study myocardial infarction. Biomarker of osteochondrodysplasia and pulmonary hypertension. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in congestive heart failure (multiple); intracranial vasospasm; and muscle tissue disease (multiple). Orthologous to human RYR1 (ryanodine receptor 1).
