    Summary
Enables single-stranded DNA 5'-3' DNA exonuclease activity. Involved in regulation of cytokine production involved in inflammatory response. Acts upstream of or within establishment of localization in cell; hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation; and phagocytosis. Located in several cellular components, including cytoplasmic vesicle; endoplasmic reticulum membrane; and trans-Golgi network membrane. Is expressed in brain and hemolymphoid system. Used to study systemic lupus erythematosus. Orthologous to human PLD4 (phospholipase D family member 4). [provided by Alliance of Genome Resources, Nov 2024]

RefSeqs maintained independently of Annotated Genomes

These reference sequences exist independently of genome builds. Explain

These reference sequences are curated independently of the genome annotation cycle, so their versions may not match the RefSeq versions in the current genome build. Identify version mismatches by comparing the version of the RefSeq in this section to the one reported in Genomic regions, transcripts, and products above.
