    Organism
    Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype: Columbia)
    Lineage
Eukaryota; Viridiplantae; Streptophyta; Embryophyta; Tracheophyta; Spermatophyta; Magnoliopsida; eudicotyledons; Gunneridae; Pentapetalae; rosids; malvids; Brassicales; Brassicaceae; Camelineae; Arabidopsis
    Also known as
    F19F18.140; F19F18_140; SGR7; SHOOT GRAVITROPISM 7; SHORT ROOT
    Summary
Involved in radial organization of the root and shoot axial organs. Essential for normal shoot gravitropism. The protein moves in a highly specific manner from the cells of the stele in which it is synthesized outward. Movement requires sequences within the GRAS and VHIID domains.
