    At1g58160 in Col-0 has been shown to be a pseudogene due to a stop codon in the first exon (PMID:22307853). Its functional copy in other ecotypes (Bay-0) encodes JAX1, a jacalin-type lectin gene that confers resistance against potexviruses.
