    Summary
    Encodes putative eukaryotic homolog of archaebacterial topoisomerase VI subunit B, TOP6B. Is essential for endoreduplication and is involved in cell expansion and cell proliferation. The hlq (harlequin) dwarf mutant has fewer root hair and leaf trichome. It has abnormal epidermal cell and accumulates callose.
