    Summary
    Encodes a protein with similarity to the general transcription factor TFIIB. pBRP binds rDNA sequences in vitro. pBRP has been localized to the outer face of the plastid membrane with GFP fusion however, under conditions of proteosome inhibition it is found in the nucleus.
