Involved in cellular response to granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor stimulus; negative regulation of cell population proliferation; and negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in chromatin. Part of RNA polymerase II transcription repressor complex. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; early conceptus; genitourinary system; retina; and thymus primordium.
