Is expressed in several structures, including antennal primordium; anterior endoderm anlage; central brain primordium; ganglia; and head epidermis primordium. Used to study Luo-Schoch-Yamamoto syndrome and cancer. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Luo-Schoch-Yamamoto syndrome.
