Enables phosphatidylcholine:cardiolipin O-linoleoyltransferase activity. Involved in cardiolipin acyl-chain remodeling; cardiolipin biosynthetic process; and sperm individualization. Located in Golgi apparatus; endoplasmic reticulum; and mitochondrion. Is expressed in several structures, including adult head; embryonic Malpighian tubule; embryonic/larval midgut primordium; and gut section. Used to study Barth syndrome.
