Involved in several processes, including cortical actin cytoskeleton organization; endocytic recycling; and regulation of endocytic recycling. Located in cell cortex and membrane. Is expressed in adult head; embryonic hindgut; and organism. Used to study centronuclear myopathy X-linked and myopathy.
