Is expressed in several structures, including adult brain cell body rind; adult visual projection neurons; female germline cell; follicle cell; and lobula. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in autosomal dominant intellectual developmental disorder. Orthologous to several human genes including TLK2 (tousled like kinase 2).
