Involved in several processes, including AMPA glutamate receptor clustering; axon guidance; and positive regulation of hippo signaling. Located in growth cone and neuromuscular junction. Colocalizes with actin filament and cytoplasmic microtubule. Is expressed in several structures, including CNS glial cell; embryonic/larval midgut primordium; ganglia; head epidermis primordium; and mesoderm. Used to study obesity.
