Dendritic cell response to Leishmania major infection: time course

Analysis of dendritic cells for up to 24 hours following infection with Leishmania major. Leishmaniasis is a group of insect vector transmitted parasitic diseases. Results provide insight into the molecular response of dendritic cells to L. major infections.
