Analysis of CB-CD34 CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells after treatment with 200 pM TGFbeta for 2 and 4 hours. Part of a study comparing CB-CD34 cells to acute myelogenous leukemia cells. Reveals cytostatic role of TGFbeta in hematopoiesis and identifies p57 as a possible tumor suppressor.
