Phytophthora sojae infection effect on hypocotyl sections: time course

Analysis of various hypocotyl sections from resistant and susceptible cultivars up to 120 hours following infection with Phytophthora sojae, an oomycete pathogen that causes root rot. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of the different host responses to an oomycete pathogen.
