Microarray profiling of renal medulla / papilla and cortex during postnatal development

(Submitter supplied) The aim of this study is to establish a comprehensive transcriptome atlas that enables identification of key molecular pathways and morphogenic events regulating postnatal renal medulla/papillary and cortex development. To achieve this, a microarray expression profiling was performed on postnatal day 0-90 renal medulla and cortex obtained from CD1 male mice.

Gene expression profiling of endothelial cells isolated from wildtype and Crim1KST264/KST264 adult mice kidneys

(Submitter supplied) Previous analysis has shown that the Crim1KST264/KST264 mice develop progressive renal fibrosis as well as vascular abnormalities characterised by increased vascular leakiness and loss of endothelium integrity. To further define this endothelium abnormality, CD31+ endothelial cells were MACS sorted from both wildtype and Crim1KST264/KST264 kidneys for expression profiling to determine the biological processes that are perturbed.
