Rejuvenation of pluripotent stem cells by frequent activation of Zscan4, Part B

(Submitter supplied) The gold standard for examining pluripotency of stem cells is to see whether cells can contribute to entire body of animals. Here we show that the increased frequency of Zscan4 activation in mouse ES cells not only enhances, but also maintains their developmental potency in long-term cell culture. As the potency increases, even a whole animal can be produced from a single ES cell injected into 4N blastocyst at unusually high success rate. more...

NIA Mouse 44K Microarray v3.0 (Whole Genome 60-mer Oligo) [Agilent 015087]

(Submitter supplied) The Agilent's Mouse Development Oligo Microarray 3.0 is in 4x44K HD format on a glass slide. Each 43,451-feature microarray contains 41,999 (60-mer) probes representing all empirical and predicted mouse genes and transcripts based on NIA Mouse Gene Index. The annotation is based on NCBI Mouse RefSeq and GeneBank mRNA searches. A set of synthetic spike-in control probes are included to control variations in target labeling and hybridization, and to provide more quantitative information on transcripts. more...
