(Submitter supplied) We examined the major patterns of changes in gene expression in mouse splenic B cells in response to stimulation with 33 single ligands for 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 h. (Submitter supplied) The 16K mouse cDNAs probes used in this microarray were designed using sequence information gathered from RIKEN FANTOM cDNA library. Probes can be 0.5 to 3 kb in length where about 60% of the probes represent full length transcripts. The PCR products were inkjet-printed on the array by Agilent Technologies (Palo Alto, CA).
