(Submitter supplied) Forty-mer 5' amine modified C6 oligos were resuspended in 50 mM phosphate buffer pH 8 at a 20 mM concentration. The individual oligo-probe was printed in quadruplicate on Amersham Code link activated slides under 45% humidity by Gene Machine OmniGrid 100 Microarrayer. The spot diameter was 100 µm and the distance from center to center was 200 µm the printed miRNA microarray were covalently bound by overnight coupling under 70% humidity.
