Liver total RNA (Catalog #64042-1) was purchased from Clontech and used as the starting material. (Submitter supplied) The 16K mouse cDNAs probes used in this microarray were designed using sequence information gathered from RIKEN FANTOM cDNA library. Probes can be 0.5 to 3 kb in length where about 60% of the probes represent full length transcripts. The PCR products were inkjet-printed on the array by Agilent Technologies (Palo Alto, CA).
